All prices on the website include FREE standard shipping within the U.S. International Shipping fees apply. Your Ladore Hair is shipped from Newport Beach, CA 92660 USA. Please understand that it takes 24-48 hours to process the order. We do NOT process and ship orders in the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). We will email you a tracking number once your order ships. International & Canadian Orders: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take up to 4 weeks.
IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian Orders.

  • Does triwhite have an return policy?
    We want all Triwhite customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. We stand by the quality of our products. You may seek a return or a replacement within 14 days of purchase.
  • How can I return my triwhite product?
    You must contact us first at (info@triwhiteco.com) with the subject “Return” prior to shipping the package. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
    Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. The timing varies depending on your financial institution.
    Triwhite products must be returned in the original packaging with all the original products included. If any items is missing, the return will not be issued.
    All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. We will then provide you with our return address which is located in California where the returned item will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return.
  • Do I have to pay for the shipping of my returned product(s)?
    Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your tracking number to (info@triwhiteco.com). We are not responsible for any lost returns.
    Triwhite reserves the right to refuse return for an unreasonable quantity of items or items that may not have been purchased within the last year.
  • When will I receive a refund?

  • What is the return period?
    You will have (14) days from the date that you receive your Triwhite product(s) to return them to us.
  • May I return triwhite products without contacting you or getting an rma?
    No. You must contact us via email prior to sending your return. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your return. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied.
